En utilisant SaraCake, édité par SaraVision, vous acceptez les présentes conditions.
1. Le service
SaraCake propose des recettes de pâtisserie, des outils de calcul (mesures, moules, coût et prix), un planificateur de fêtes, une assistante IA (Sara) et une Vitrine de pâtissières.
2. Compte
Certaines fonctions (Sara, Vitrine, abonnements) nécessitent un compte. Vous êtes responsable de son utilisation.
3. Intelligence artificielle
Les réponses de Sara sont générées automatiquement et peuvent contenir des erreurs. Les calculs de coût et de prix sont des estimations : vérifiez les quantités, la cuisson et les allergènes, et fixez librement vos prix.
4. Abonnements
Premium et Pro sont payés par CCP ou BaridiMob et activés après validation du reçu, pour la durée choisie, sans renouvellement automatique. Un abonnement activé n'est pas remboursable, sauf erreur de notre part. Les tarifs peuvent évoluer ; le prix payé reste acquis pour la période en cours.
5. Vitrine et pâtissières Pro
- Les pâtissières Pro publient sous leur responsabilité : informations exactes, photos et vidéos de leurs propres créations, respect des règles d'hygiène et de la loi.
- La vérification d'identité confirme l'identité de la personne, pas la qualité de ses produits.
- Les commandes, prix, livraisons et paiements se font directement entre la cliente et la pâtissière ; SaraVision n'est pas partie à ces transactions.
- Sont interdits : contenus trompeurs, offensants ou illicites, faux profils, harcèlement. Tout contenu peut être signalé ; SaraVision peut retirer un contenu ou suspendre un profil.
6. Propriété
L'application, ses recettes et ses textes appartiennent à SaraVision. Vous gardez vos droits sur vos photos et publications et nous autorisez à les afficher dans SaraCake.
7. Responsabilité
Le service est fourni « en l'état ». SaraVision ne peut être tenue responsable d'un résultat de pâtisserie, ni d'un litige entre une cliente et une pâtissière.

By using SaraCake, published by SaraVision, you accept these terms.
1. The service
SaraCake offers pastry recipes, calculation tools (measures, pans, cost and price), a party planner, an AI assistant (Sara) and a Showcase of pastry chefs.
2. Account
Some features (Sara, Showcase, subscriptions) require an account. You are responsible for its use.
3. Artificial intelligence
Sara's answers are generated automatically and may contain mistakes. Cost and price calculations are estimates: check quantities, baking and allergens, and set your prices freely.
4. Subscriptions
Premium and Pro are paid by CCP or BaridiMob and activated after the receipt is approved, for the chosen duration, with no automatic renewal. An activated subscription is not refundable, except in case of our error. Prices may change; the price paid stands for the current period.
5. Showcase and Pro pastry chefs
- Pro pastry chefs publish under their own responsibility: accurate information, photos and videos of their own creations, compliance with hygiene rules and the law.
- Identity verification confirms who the person is, not the quality of their products.
- Orders, prices, delivery and payment are handled directly between customer and pastry chef; SaraVision is not a party to these transactions.
- Forbidden: misleading, offensive or illegal content, fake profiles, harassment. Any content can be reported; SaraVision may remove content or suspend a profile.
6. Ownership
The app, its recipes and texts belong to SaraVision. You keep the rights to your photos and posts and allow us to display them in SaraCake.
7. Liability
The service is provided "as is". SaraVision is not liable for a baking result, nor for a dispute between a customer and a pastry chef.

باستعمالك SaraCake، من نشر SaraVision، فإنك توافقين على هذه الشروط.
1. الخدمة
يقدّم SaraCake وصفات حلويات، أدوات حساب (المقادير، القوالب، التكلفة والسعر)، منظّم حفلات، مساعدة بالذكاء الاصطناعي (سارة) وواجهة للحلوانيات.
2. الحساب
بعض الخصائص (سارة، الواجهة، الاشتراكات) تتطلب حسابًا. أنتِ مسؤولة عن استعماله.
3. الذكاء الاصطناعي
ردود سارة تُولَّد آليًا وقد تحتوي على أخطاء. حسابات التكلفة والسعر تقديرية: تحقّقي من الكميات والطهي ومسبّبات الحساسية، وحدّدي أسعارك بحرية.
4. الاشتراكات
يُدفع البريميوم والاحترافي عبر CCP أو بريدي موب ويُفعّل بعد قبول الوصل، للمدة المختارة، دون تجديد تلقائي. الاشتراك المفعّل غير قابل للاسترجاع إلا في حالة خطأ منّا. قد تتغيّر الأسعار؛ ويبقى السعر المدفوع ساريًا للمدة الجارية.
5. الواجهة والحلوانيات المحترفات
- تنشر الحلوانيات المحترفات تحت مسؤوليتهن: معلومات صحيحة، صور وفيديوهات لإبداعاتهن الخاصة، واحترام قواعد النظافة والقانون.
- التحقق من الهوية يؤكّد هوية الشخص، لا جودة منتجاته.
- الطلبيات والأسعار والتوصيل والدفع تتم مباشرة بين الزبونة والحلوانية؛ وSaraVision ليست طرفًا فيها.
- يُمنع: المحتوى المضلّل أو المسيء أو غير القانوني، الحسابات المزيّفة، والتحرّش. يمكن الإبلاغ عن أي محتوى؛ ويمكن لـ SaraVision حذف محتوى أو تعليق ملف.
6. الملكية
التطبيق ووصفاته ونصوصه ملك لـ SaraVision. تحتفظين بحقوقك على صورك ومنشوراتك وتسمحين لنا بعرضها في SaraCake.
7. المسؤولية
تُقدَّم الخدمة «كما هي». لا تتحمّل SaraVision مسؤولية نتيجة الحلويات، ولا أي نزاع بين زبونة وحلوانية.
