1. Données collectées
- Compte : adresse e-mail, nom affiché et identifiant de connexion Google.
- Échanges avec Sara : vos questions écrites, les photos de gâteaux que vous envoyez et les réponses de l'IA. Les enregistrements vocaux sont envoyés pour transcription puis ne sont pas conservés.
- Historique : un historique de vos échanges, consultable et effaçable dans l'application.
- Utilisation : compteurs quotidiens (messages, photos, voix) pour appliquer les quotas.
- Paiements : formule choisie, montant, référence CCP/BaridiMob, reçu envoyé et statut de la demande.
- Vitrine (pâtissières Pro) : profil public (nom commercial, wilaya, localisation, téléphone/WhatsApp, description, photos, vidéos, publications). Ces informations sont visibles des utilisatrices connectées.
- Vérification d'identité (Pro) : la pièce d'identité envoyée est stockée dans un espace privé, consultée uniquement par l'équipe SaraVision pour la vérification, jamais publiée.
- Interactions : réactions (j'aime / je n'aime pas), signalements, et la trace des prises de contact avec une pâtissière (qui, quand, par quel canal) pour lutter contre les abus.
2. Finalités
Fournir le service (recettes, Sara, Atelier, Vitrine), gérer les abonnements, vérifier les pâtissières, assurer la sécurité et prévenir les abus, répondre au support. Base légale : exécution du contrat et intérêt légitime.
3. Sous-traitants
Google (Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Cloud Storage, Cloud Run, Gemini). Ces prestataires traitent les données uniquement pour fournir leur service. Vos données ne sont jamais vendues.
4. Conservation
Les données sont conservées tant que votre compte existe. La pièce d'identité est conservée tant que le profil Pro existe. La suppression du compte efface vos données dans un délai maximal de 30 jours, sauf les justificatifs de paiement exigés par la loi.
5. Vos droits
Accès, rectification, effacement, opposition, portabilité : depuis l'application (Historique, Espace Pro) ou par e-mail à saravision.co@gmail.com.
6. Sécurité
Connexions chiffrées (HTTPS), base de données accessible uniquement par le serveur, documents d'identité dans un stockage privé.
7. Mineurs
SaraCake est destiné aux personnes de 16 ans et plus. L'abonnement Pro est réservé aux personnes majeures.
8. Modifications
Toute modification sera publiée sur cette page avec sa date de mise à jour.

Privacy policy

1. Data we collect
- Account: email address, display name and Google sign-in identity.
- Conversations with Sara: your written questions, the cake photos you send and the AI's answers. Voice recordings are sent for transcription and are not kept.
- History: a history of your conversations, which you can view and erase in the app.
- Usage: daily counters (messages, photos, voice) to apply quotas.
- Payments: chosen plan, amount, CCP/BaridiMob reference, receipt sent and request status.
- Showcase (Pro pastry chefs): public profile (business name, wilaya, location, phone/WhatsApp, description, photos, videos, posts). This is visible to signed-in users.
- Identity check (Pro): the ID document you send is stored privately, seen only by the SaraVision team for verification, and never published.
- Interactions: reactions (like / dislike), reports, and a record of contacts with a pastry chef (who, when, which channel) to prevent abuse.
2. Purposes
Providing the service (recipes, Sara, Workshop, Showcase), managing subscriptions, verifying pastry chefs, security and abuse prevention, support. Legal basis: performance of the contract and legitimate interest.
3. Processors
Google (Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Cloud Storage, Cloud Run, Gemini). These providers process data only to deliver their service. Your data is never sold.
4. Retention
Data is kept while your account exists. The ID document is kept while the Pro profile exists. Deleting your account erases your data within 30 days at most, except payment records required by law.
5. Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, objection, portability: in the app (History, Pro space) or by email to saravision.co@gmail.com.
6. Security
Encrypted connections (HTTPS), database reachable only by the server, ID documents in private storage.
7. Minors
SaraCake is intended for people aged 16 and over. The Pro plan is for adults only.
8. Changes
Any change will be published on this page with its update date.

- المحادثات مع سارة: أسئلتك المكتوبة، صور الحلويات التي ترسلينها وردود الذكاء الاصطناعي. التسجيلات الصوتية تُرسل للتفريغ النصي ولا يتم الاحتفاظ بها.
- السجل: سجل محادثاتك، يمكنك الاطلاع عليه ومسحه من التطبيق.
- الاستعمال: عدّادات يومية (رسائل، صور، صوت) لتطبيق الحصص.
- المدفوعات: الاشتراك المختار، المبلغ، مرجع CCP/بريدي موب، الوصل المرسل وحالة الطلب.
- الواجهة (الحلوانيات المحترفات): الملف العمومي (الاسم التجاري، الولاية، الموقع، الهاتف/واتساب، الوصف، الصور، الفيديوهات، المنشورات)، يظهر للمستخدمين المسجّلين.
- التحقق من الهوية (احترافي): وثيقة الهوية المرسلة تُحفظ في مساحة خاصة، لا يطّلع عليها إلا فريق SaraVision للتحقق، ولا تُنشر أبدًا.
- التفاعلات: الإعجابات وعدم الإعجاب، البلاغات، وأثر التواصل مع حلوانية (من، متى، بأي وسيلة) لمنع التجاوزات.
2. الأغراض
تقديم الخدمة (الوصفات، سارة، الورشة، الواجهة)، تسيير الاشتراكات، التحقق من الحلوانيات، الأمان ومنع التجاوزات، الدعم. الأساس القانوني: تنفيذ العقد والمصلحة المشروعة.
3. المعالجون
Google (Firebase Authentication، Cloud Firestore، Cloud Storage، Cloud Run، Gemini). يعالجون البيانات فقط لتقديم خدماتهم. بياناتك لا تُباع أبدًا.
4. مدة الحفظ
تُحفظ البيانات ما دام حسابك موجودًا. وثيقة الهوية تُحفظ ما دام الملف الاحترافي موجودًا. حذف الحساب يمسح بياناتك في أجل أقصاه 30 يومًا، باستثناء إثباتات الدفع المطلوبة قانونًا.
5. حقوقك
الاطلاع، التصحيح، المسح، الاعتراض، النقل: من التطبيق (السجل، الفضاء الاحترافي) أو عبر البريد saravision.co@gmail.com.
6. الأمان
اتصالات مشفّرة (HTTPS)، قاعدة بيانات لا يصل إليها إلا الخادم، ووثائق الهوية في تخزين خاص.
7. القاصرون
SaraCake موجّه للأشخاص الذين تبلغ أعمارهم 16 سنة فما فوق. الاشتراك الاحترافي للراشدين فقط.
